Strategic and Technological Advisory in Optometry

As with any business handling large volumes of sensitive data, establishing and maintaining strong technology governance is critical, especially in a world of rapidly diversifying technologies and ever-increasing cyber threats. Clinique Visuelle Francine Jarry therefore relies on my strategic and technological expertise to analyze business needs, maintain a robust enterprise architecture, and manage technology-related projects within the business.

The creation and launch of the clinic's eCommerce platform is an example of a high value-added project in which I was involved and able to leverage my expertise. Both strategically and technologically, we had to revisit all areas of the organization to enable the development of the new online store.

From a strategic standpoint, the creation of an ophthalmic lens comparison tool specifically designed for the field of optometry significantly reduced costs associated with purchasing ophthalmic lenses by making it easier to compare products from different providers.
